ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE

  • Standard Shipping - Minimum of 3 and maximum of 17 days. Most items are being shipped in 5 business days (please see important notes at the bottom).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE:

  • Approximately 7 - 40 days from the date of shipment. But again, we are doing our best to aim for expedited delivery but we don't set false hope because we are also a customer after work. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • You can only cancel an order if it's still under evaluation status. Meaning, once we started to process the order, you can no longer request for cancellation. Usually, we process the order within an hour after you have placed it. So you can still reach out to us within an hour to check if the order has started to be processed already or still under evaluation. We send an email once the order has started to be processed.

  • Standard Shipping - We chose to have the Standard Shipping ONLY due to its reliable outcome when it comes to the delivery time frame. We are doing our best to aim for expedited delivery but we don't set false hope because we are also a customer after work. The Standard Shipping ($6.99) timeline is usually a minimum of 3 & a maximum of 17 business days. And most of the time, it has no difference to Express Shipping when it comes to shipment timeline that's why we have removed the Express Shipping ($26.99) as an option since it's only an additional cost for our customers and mostly provide the same turn around time.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

  • Once we've shipped your package, we will provide you with tracking details to help you track the status of the delivery. Aside from that, we'll try our best to update you directly through email.  No worries, we always got your back!

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The estimated shipping date will depend on some unavoidable circumstances like strict compliance on checkpoints due to pandemic or other obstructing events, or else, all should be good. Also, if there is a sudden surge of orders, the processing time will likely increase as well. Take note, that the processing date is different from the shipment date, and delivery date. The processing date is the day that the order will start to be processed within an hour after it has been placed. It is a valuable portion wherein all details of the order are being reckoned before the shipment. This is the status wherein cancellation is no longer available. And the shipment date (which is the timeline indicated above) is when the item will be shipped by the courier. And the delivery date is when the time will be delivered (receiving date).
